NLP is about being in charge of your own brain.   If there was a user manual for the human mind and how it ran, NLP would be it.   If you saw a TV show that made you unhappy or angry,  would you leave it on? would change it, much the same way you can change the bad movies playing in your mind that trigger certain unwanted feelings or moods.
